Under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, President George W. Bush created the framework to ensure that eligible schools would be given Title I funding to obtain supplemental educational services. BEST provides one-on-one tutoring in Math and Language Arts throughout the State of California. Tutoring can be held at the student's home, or a local public library, and best of all - it's free to the student!
