Since 2000, BEST has served the needs of foster children referred from Los Angeles, Riverside (under contract), San Bernardino (under contract), San Diego and Orange Counties.
BEST has also served youth referred through the San Bernardino County Probation Department (under contract). BEST is providing quality group tutoring services under contract with a Native American tribal organization.
